The view from Africa’s highest bridge captures all the majesty and tranquility of the Bloukrans River valley. But there is nothing tranquil about throwing yourself more than 200 metres down towards the river below. Recognised as the ‘highest bungee from a bridge’ in the world, Bloukrans Bungy uses pendulum bungee technology to ensure the smoothest, most comfortable bungee jump possible. Jumpers are secured in a full-body harness combined with an ankle connection

What a lovely experience, after completing the sky walk, I am more than confident to return to do the bungy. The views are spectacular and the experience is thrilling however enjoyable. The staff are inviting, vibey and extremely professional. My partner and I felt very safe in their hands, my partner did the bungy. My daughter and I both had a different activity. While she took all her nerves together and made the jump, I did the Skywalk. I used to work on huge heights so know about the safety regulations. I must say the staff at Bloukrans is very professional using the required four eyes principle to check all the safety gear when you are strapped in. It gives an absolute feeling that things are under control and safe. The Skywalk might for some be a fear as well as it is a long way looking down in the canyon to the river while just hanging over the edge. But it was a great experience and allowed me to she my daughter doing the jump down. - Maurice

It was a unique, great experience even without bungee jumping. Safety was extremely important. Every attachment to the safety belt was checked and confirmed by two different people without exception. We had as much time on the bridge as we wanted. All the employees were extremely friendly! We can recommend the experience without reservation. - Sandra
