Service Terms and Conditions

***All clients are requested to arrive on site one hour prior to the booked jump time.***

Please note that all participants will be required to sign an indemnity form on the day of the activity.
We will make every effort to ensure that you jump as close to the time you have booked as is possible. However, there are circumstances beyond our control that can arise that may delay jumping on any given day. If you arrive on time and we are unable to jump you, you will be given a voucher or rescheduled booking. Alternatively, we are prepared to give you refund less 10%.
If you are unable to make your jump booking time, please call our office with your details and we will arrange for you to reschedule your jump(s).
It is your responsibility to keep your booking reference / voucher confidential. We cannot be held liable for other people using your reference number to jump in your booking slot.

Cancellations of online bookings
Within 48 hours of booked time - no refunds
48 hours - 7 Days - less 50%
More than 7 days - less 10%.
Please call us should you have any queries regarding refunds, cancellations or rescheduling

Medical restrictions
The following are some of the conditions that may be adversely by our activities. Please consult us if you have any medical conditions, including any of the following:
, High Blood Pressure
, Heart Conditions, 
Neurological Disorders, 
Acute or Chronic knee or back disorders, 
Conditions of the skeleton, muscles or nervous system
, Osteoporosis

This does not necessarily exclude you from jumping, but we may require you to obtain a medical certificate approving your intention to participate.

Dress requirements
All jumpers at Bloukrans are required to wear shoes to walk across the walkway.

Other Terms and Conditions
All participants take part in our activities at their own risk.

All participants must obey the directions and instructions of our operations staff, and must not damage, deface or remove any part of the bridge or equipment. We retain the right to remove persons from the site who do not comply with these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse any person, for whatever reason, participation in any of our activities.

We reserve the right to perform a breath test on all participants. Clients will be refused participation, without refund if their blood alcohol level is 0.05% or greater, if they refuse to be breath-tested or if they are under the influence of drugs (legal or illegal).

Bloukrans Bungy CC will become the owner of all photos, dvd’s and/or digital and visual material taken of client while on the premises and/or during participation in any of the activities and may use all material as they deem fit and for whatsoever purpose.
