Our AfriCanyon river adventure starts with registration, getting your wetsuit, kit and a quick briefing at basecamp. We then transfer you to the river entry point, a short drive in our vehicle and within minutes you are on your way. A brilliant combination of fun and adventure in the great outdoors!

Our experience was fantastic! We had the best couple of hours pushing our adrenaline to the max (in a safe way, of course). Africanyons have a great set up, providing all the gear needed. What an experience! Not much of a fan of heights and wanted an experience that will get me out my comfort zone. This was by far an experience that can't be done once. Darren and Steph made our safety and comfortability a priority, along with a bit of humor to calm the nerves. The best part for me was jumping in the rock pools and just exploring the amazing views that nature presents. The guides were very patient and made sure we were safe and most importantly had fun. The worlds best bungy jump and the most amazing experience of your life!
The view from Africa’s highest bridge captures all the majesty and tranquility of the Bloukrans River valley. Your experience starts with a zipline out to the to top of the bridge arch. The bungy jump makes use of a pendulum system to ensure the smoothest, most comfortable bungee jump possible. After the initial freefall, you are pulled into a giant pendulum motion and then into the big rebound.
Jumpers are secured in a full-body harness combined with a separate ankle connection to the bungy cord. For the last 25 years we have kept all our jumpers safe and secure.

Photo and video footage is available for viewing and purchase in our retail shop after your jump. (All digital products are sent via SMS and email which you can instantly download).

Bloukrans Bungy was simply great! First and foremost, a completely safe and confidence building experience from the equipment used to the staff using and advising about it.
